ERM Committee

The ERM Committee evaluates significant risks and exposures that Georgetown University might face and provides informed advice on which risks merit sustained high-level attention. In addition to identifying risks, the ERM Committee makes recommendations on managing risks and determines whether the threat outlook for a particular risk should be downgraded or increased based on the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts. The ERM Committee meets at least 3 times annually. In support of the risk evaluation process, the Committee may consult with risk owners, faculty, staff, students, outside advisors and the Board of Directors.

Committee Chair and Members

The Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer chairs the ERM Committee, which includes:
